New Label!!!

M&A Brewing IPA label

There you have the latest iteration of the label for M&A, an as yet fictitious company with a non-fiction product. I've decided to streamline a little, and instead of having clever and fanciful names for each one, like Gangrenous Whore Hefeweizen or Drooling Lout Stout, the beers will just be called by their style, and the label will stay the same, leaving the focus on the brand (for the--ahem--fictitious brewing company). It's all about marketing baby!

Speaking of non-fiction, got that M&A Mongrel IPA (the last of the fanciful names, perhaps?) in the keg for a little final conditioning before carbonation time hits. And maaaaaan is it tasting tasty! The alcohol is definitely a presence, which comes whistling through your nose hairs with a vengeance after the first sip. It's got those IPA IBUs too, but thanks to my uber-efficient system this brew also ended up on the sweet side, which is a good counterbalance to the bitterness. This one rides the fine line between IPA and Imperial IPA, so I'll go for 'Strong' IPA as a descriptor, as it is the ABV and not the bitterness that tips it into IIPA territory. Never say never, but I do think this might be another winner.
