My Promise

ON the one hand, I pledge to, as accurately as possible, present information that will help people brew and enjoy beer. ON the other hand, I will also flagrantly distort facts about things just to entertain myself. Please take it with a grain of salt. Let's learn about and enjoy craft beer with a light heart (and a nice head).

Tasting some home brew

Drinking home brew and freezing
Here's a little vid with some random comments about my last two beers,Tsukiji Brown and an Arrogant Bastard clone attempt. They both came out quite well, and I'm pretty sure a big reason for it is that I just left them alone; I managed to wait 3 or 4 weeks without touching them. This in addition to proper sanitation and maintaining consistent temperatures in the mash and fermentation. Neither of these beers have 'that taste' that has plagued most of my brews so far, and I think it's due to the above good brewer practices. Yaaay! I'm finally figuring it out.
