Here's a lil slideshow of the opening of Baird Beer's Bashamichi Taproom last weekend in Yokohama Japan. Pitmaster Chuck is featured near the beginning, running the BRM (Big Red Machine), i.e. the barbecue pit, imported from the US of A. You can get an eyeful of his goddam delicious barbecue, as well as some tall pints of Baird's finest, being enjoyed by yours truly, my lovely lady Atsuko and good friends Trent and Monica.
